3.56m x 3.40m (11ft 8in x 11ft)  Situated at the top of the building on the side.  It is a cosy but spacious attic room with an en-suite shower, exposed beams, a tilt and turn double glazed window and a 20" television with freeview. 

It has a new bed and dressing table finished in beech to match the over-sink cabinet.  The height of the bed may make it difficult for people with mobility problems.  However, we try to ensure that people with mobility problems are not booked into the 3rd floor bedroom.

The en-suite has been completely renovated in 2009.  It is fully tiled, has a dual flush toilet, a thermostatic pumped shower, new lighting and towel radiator.  The extractor fan is recessed in the roof to ensure it is as quiet as possible.
