We have changed our pricing this year to reflect the enhanced value of the front rooms.

The price includes
a full
cooked breakfast.
£1 surcharge per person for a single night stay - "person" includes
toddlers and children.
Minimum 2 night stay during Bank Holidays, school summer holidays and
weekends in June and July.
Children
Toddlers (2 years) £10 if sharing a room with an adult
Children (3-15 years) £15 if sharing a room with an adult
Babies free (we currently have 3 cots available and 3 high chairs)
Payment
Credit & debit cards are accepted (no surcharge).
A £10 per person deposit is required to secure a booking, payable by
cheque/postal order, credit or debit card or paypal.
The balance of payment is payable on arrival.
Pets
We are sorry we cannot take pets, however well
behaved, as we have two cats of our own.

to us, once you have telephoned us to make a booking.

If you pay by debit or credit card, no confirmation will be sent out unless requested. Confirmations can be sent out via email. If the transaction fails you will be contacted to check the details normally within 24 hours.
If you pay by cheque, confirmation will be given via telephone, email or post once the cheque has been received.
